The Urbana Butcher Shop is hosting a four-course dinner on Sunday, June 22 featuring local ingredients from PrairiErth Farm, Autumn Berry Inspired, and Kilgus Farmstead. Tickets are $40, and purchase is required prior to the event. You can buy tickets at the Urbana Butcher Shop.

Each round of seating is limited to 20 persons. The first seating will open up at 4:00 with service starting as soon as all parties have arrived, or promptly at 4:30. If necessary, there will be a second seating opening up at 7:00 with service beginning as soon as all parties are sat.

The cut off date for sign up & payment is June 17th. Payment can be made at The Urbana Butcher’s Shop – Tuesday-Sunday 11am -6pm (2pm on Sunday). We can also arrange paypal transactions if required or preferred.
– Chilled Chioggia beet soup with Mojito Mint & Spanish Chorizo
– Composed salad featuring a wide variety of salad vegetables paired with an Autumn Berry vinaigrette
– Cornmeal crusted rabbit Chasseur – Deep fried ½ rabbit with Hunter’s Sauce, braised & mashed purple top turnips, & southern style Swiss Chard & Kale with Butcher’s bacon.
– A generous scoop of house made ice cream for dessert.
*We will have cold mint tea, coffee, and iced water available. BYOB is allowed and encouraged. We suggest a sparkling wine or a pinot noir. But, hey, bring Hamm’s, I don’t care.
