You may be sitting at your desk right now thinking about how your back is bugging you. It could be from shoveling snow over the weekend or from strenuous activity at the gym, but according to Peggy Cler of BodyWork Associates it might just be stress.
Cler was on ciLiving on Monday discussing massage therapy and that despite preconceived notions, it shouldn’t be considered a luxury. Massage therapy can relieve stress in the neck and back which down the road might save you some serious coin at the doctor’s office.
