Champaign County Forest Preserve District has created a Miniature Garden Camp in a Bag. It’s just $10, and contains all of the ingredients needed to make your own mini garden: “Your bag will contain a large vessel for the garden, soil, succulent, seeds, small pots, fairy and/or dinosaur, as well as rocks, “gems” and other small items to decorate your miniature garden!”
Order your kit online, then you can pick it up at either Museum of the Grand Prairie or Homer Lake Interpretive Center. The kits will be available through August 31st, or while supplies last.
