From the press release:

URBANA CYCLING AND WALKING SURVEY

URBANA – Urbana’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) wants input regarding residents’ cycling and walking habits, and the things they like and dislike about cycling and walking in Urbana. Please take part in a short survey that will help improve the cycling and walking environment throughout the City of Urbana! The online survey is located at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BPAC-urbana

The survey should take 10 minutes or less to complete, and all information will be kept in the strictest confidentiality. Those who complete the survey will have the chance to win a prize including Urbana Park District pool passes, and gift certificates from Heel to Toe Shoe Store. If you have any questions, please contact Marcus Ricci at mericci@urbanaillinois.us, Kevin Garcia at kjgarcia@urbanaillinois.us, or Cynthia Hoyle at cholyle@cumtd.com.

And tell your colleagues, family, and friends to take the survey: the more information we gather, the better we can plan.
