This Thursday, Downtown Champaign’s Seven Saints will be hosting a celebration of it being a mere 10 weeks from their 10th-anniversary of existence. All this, of course, with the help of Savoy’s Triptych Brewing.
Included in the celebration, naturally, will be a release of Triptych’s “AJ’s Stout”, which has been aged between 2013 and 2016 in bourbon barrels. This is gonna be a special one for all you beer folks out there.
