The trend is continuing, another food truck is making the jump to brick-and-mortar in 2017. This time, it is arguably the most popular/in demand of them all — Pandamonium Doughnuts. Cracked recently opened their storefront, and Carribbean Grill will be soon. And let’s not forget about Hopscotch’s new location coming soon as well. Pandamonium will be keeping their truck going in addition to this new space.
We’ve confirmed that their location will be at Windsor Galleria (1103 Windsor Rd, Champaign), the space previously occupied by Station 6 Pizza, next to Sun Singer and Texture Home. Not only will they have their delicious and wildly popular doughnuts — it’ll be a full coffeehouse alongside that.
The buildout is happening and should be ready to go within four months or so.
We’ve reached out to Pandamonium Doughnuts for comment, and will update it when we hear back.
