Scott Cochrane is involved in a variety of bar/restaurants in C-U (past and present), including the former Chester Street space, the new brewery (and distillary) coming to Midtown, Red Lion, and others.
In a report by The News-Gazette, Cochrane discussed that Office II will soon become a newly remodeled, renamed bar/restaurant called West End Tavern. In the article, he mentions he “hopes to complete the renovation in the next ’90 to 120 days, hopefully less'” as the space is currently gutted and being completely rennovated.
