Nominate a local organization for Round Up For Good

Common Ground Co-op has elections beginning September 19th, where owners will have the opportunity to vote for potential board members, as well as Round Up For Good Organizations. As a refresher, Round Up is a program that allows customers to round up their purchase to the next dollar, which is then donated to organizations that our owners vote on every September, organizations that are representations of co-op owners’ values and beliefs. Round Up typically ends up raising thousands of dollars for each month’s designated organization.

Ahead of the elections, owners are able to nominate up to three organizations that they would like to see on the ballot. So, if you have a local non-profit organization that is near and dear to your heart, and they also aligns with the “ends” of the Co-op, then be sure to fill out a nominating form the next time you are in the store.

Nominations will be accepted through September 16th. Check out their website to see what organizations have been featured in the past.
