Midwest Center for Investigative Reporting hosting free panel on GMO’s March 8th

As Central Illinois residents, GMO’s affect our lives more than the average person. They are all around us, and their potential is becoming increasingly evident to many in the agriculture sector, which happens to be extremely prevalent in our community.

As such, the Midwest Center for Investigative Reporting (in partnership with a few other organizations) will be presenting a free panel next Wednesday (March 8th) at the Champaign Public Library. The event will feature four to six experts all chatting about Genetically Modified Organisms, covering a variety of facets of the issue.
