Learn to make Indian Food with Common Ground

If you are looking to learn to make a new dish or improve your cooking skills, look no further than the Common Ground’s monthly cooking class. For the month of February, the class will be led by Co-op Indian food instructor Sirisha Bhandaru. She will be teaching participants how to make three Indian dishes: roasted veggie chaat, palak paneer, and dark chocolate bark with gulkand rose petal jam and mukhwas. The class is accompanied with a meal kit that contains all the necessary ingredients which can be bought here.

Meal kits will be available for pick up after purchase February 11th from 4-6 p.m. or Saturday, February 12th from 9-11 a.m., with the class itself being held virtually over Zoom on February 13th from 4-6 p.m.
