July 21st was National Ice Cream Day. Sorry if you missed it. It’s probably okay if you celebrate it late.
In honor of the special day, NBC’s Today posted an article featuring the country’s best ice cream shops, and Jarling’s Custard Cup made the list.
No, it’s not actually ice cream, and if you hold to a strict definition of custard it’s not really that either (they don’t use eggs in their recipe), but it’s delicious and got national recognition so hooray!
