Champaign Park District is hosting a 2-ball competition at the end of August, and this is the first time I’ve ever heard about this game.
The basic goal is for you and a partner to score as many points as possible — in sixty seconds — by shooting a basketball from various spots on the court. Here’s a quick explainer from the park district:
They are accepting two person teams from middle school through adult, and the deadline to register is August 16th. The competition will be held at the Leonhard Center August 27-29.
