Local organization C-U Changemakers will host a Dance Music Therapy session tomorrow evening. The idea is to relieve stress by dancing it away to the sound of house, soul, afrobeat, and electronic music, in a peaceful environment, among friends. All are welcome to attend. The event will take place at 5:00 p.m. at the Crystal Lake main house. The Caribbean Grill food truck will also be there to provide sustenance to hungry dancers.
