Cracked founder to give PEN talk

Parkland College’s Entrepreneurial Network will be hosting another instance of their PEN this Thursday, and will feature Cracked food truck founder and local entrepreneur Sean Baird.

For those of you who don’t already know, Sean is also the man behind Watson’s Shack & Rail opening up in the former Boltini location on Neil Street downtown. The man has truly touched on a nerve here in CU, all at the young age of 25. His talk will be hosted in Parkland College room D105 from noon until 1 PM.

While I’m incredibly excited by this venture, I’m even more impressed by Baird’s ability to incorporate all aspects of a chicken’s life into his cuisine – truly remarkable.
