Qualifications:
- Prior success managing a bar, restaurant, or nightclub
- Bartending experience
- The ability to recruit, train, and retain a motivated service team
- Experience developing a cost-effective food and beverage program
- An entrepreneurial attitude
- The ability to anticipate needs of guests during all aspects of service
- Leadership and motivational strengths
- Enthusiastic about food and beverages
- Strong math, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late nights
- Exceptional people skills
