Columbia Street Roastery and Collective Pour teamed up for a bourbon barrel aged coffee

Today is National Coffee Day, so maybe it’s a good day to try a new brew created out of a local collab.

The folks at Collective Pour offered up an Old Scout Bourbon Barrel, which Columbia Street used to age their Brazilian coffee for 30 days. I’m just going to guess that this cup of coffee will pack a punch. Here is the description from the website:

“As soon as you open the bag you will be hit with the sweet smells of bourbon with slight notes of spices. This is a full bodied coffee with strong notes of sweet bourbon, mellow smoke, and baking spices in the after taste.”

Very chilly weather, sittin’ ’round the fire pit sort of vibes. It comes in a 12 oz bag for $25, and you can swing by the store, order ahead of time and pick it up, or have it shipped.
