Check out the new cocktails available at Miga

We had an opportunity to go check out some of the new cocktails that Miga is serving up on their new cocktail menu, which debuted just recently. Check out the menu below, plus some of the new additions — this menu features some that are familiar, like the Miga Old Fashioned and the Yuzu Mule, and some new faces in the crowd.

Eden: citadelle gin, bitter truth elderflower liqeur, gewurztraminer syrup, lemon juice, egg white, 12

While one doesn’t necessarily think “refreshing lemon” in the midst of fall, this was a very crisp option, especially if you enjoy gin. Tasty, but not over the top citrus flavor.

Dead Summer (before preparation and after): makers mark bourbon, tsukasabotan yuzu sake, honey simple syrup, torched lemon, 10

Flames and all — the honey flavor was the standout component of this one.

Pequeno Seul: los siete misterios mezcal, chum churum Soju, lemon juice, agave nectar, muddled mint, 10

Mezcal lovers, enjoy this one. Though, even if you’re not a huge fan of mezcal, this one is super refreshing and easy to enjoy.

Scotch-n-Grey: Johnny Walker Black, Angostura Bitters, earl grey syrup, lemon juice, club soda, 9

“Scotch scotch scotch, I love scotch”, as Ron Burgundy said at one point in time. Johnny Walker Black, twisted up — throw the lemon in there if you please, it doesn’t just have to be a garnish.

Grass Skirt: cruzan black strap rum, campari, pineapple, lime, and simple syrup, 12

The final cocktail we test drove, the Grass Skirt. Delish.
