The Champaign Park District has made a map of many of the trees in the parks. Surely you’ve been walking along and said to yourself, “What kind of tree is that?” Now you can find out by visiting this website. Take, for instance, that awesome tree at Trevett-Finch Park (pictured above). According to this map, it’s an Osage Orange tree.
Pretty cool, and definitely way easier than googling “smelly flower spiky seeds tree” or something like that.
