Unbeknownst to this library employee, Twin City Squared’s production of Peter and the Starcatchers has arranged to preview their production at both libraries’ storytimes today.
Champaign Public Library’s performance was at 11a.m., but there’s still time to scoot over to Urbana Free and make it to the 1 p.m. viewing. Both libraries sit at 200 W. Green St., on either side of campus.
This early glimpse will feature the characters of:
Black Stache (the pirate chief)
Peter (an orphan)
Molly Aster (a starcatcher-in-training)
Ted (a hungry, lost boy)
If you like what you see, you can get tickets for the full play that opens September 8th.
