Even if you’re not a Trekkie I’d suggest you check out The Wrath of Khan. Maybe I’ll lose some cred. but, in all honesty, it’s the only one of the Star Trek movies that I’ve seen. Ricardo Montalban, as Khan, will make you scream. (JS)

David Howie to Perform at Children’s CD Release Event, 10:30 a.m.

A new CD of children’s music will be released at a free event at the Champaign Public Library, in Robeson Pavilion, Rooms A & B. Champaign-Urbana singer-songwriter David Howie will perform his original songs from the disc, entitled What I Like: A Kid’s Collection of Songs and Smiles.
