Cheese and Crackers in Champaign sells artisan cheeses, meats, and crackers, but they also offer hand-cut, fresh fish from a family-owned seafood market with high quality, eco-friendly seafood from worldwide and domestic suppliers. You can order Atlantic salmon, Icelandic cod, Chilean sea bass, Alaskan halibut, rainbow trout, sushi grade yellowfin tuna, scallops, shrimp, clams, crab, oysters, and more.
You can also order unique items like live lobster, salmon heads, fish bones, and scrap. They also have Amish raised whole chickens in stock.
Sign up for their email list here. You reply to their fish order email with what fish you’d like, and they send a confirmation email. Pickup is the following day after 2 p.m. Social distancing is required while in the store.
