It’s true. You work hard, and honestly, we’re all crashing by 2 p.m. and trying to revive ourselves with caffeine or sugar anyway.
I just treated myself to a Mayan hot chocolate (12oz, $4.89) and piece of baklava ($1.29) at Bossa Nova in Downtown Champaign. The spicy hot chocolate was neither too spicy nor too hot; I was able to sip and enjoy immediately. The baklava was sort of like a baklava sushi roll, with whole pistachios in the middle.
We’re definitely not lacking for coffee and pastry options in C-U. You know what you like, so you do you.
