On Thursday of last week, Mayor Deb Feinen announced an executive order allowing carryout and delivery of cocktails in Champaign. Effective Friday, June 5, the Emergency Order 20-05 allows for alcoholic liquor-cocktails to go. All cocktails for carryout or delivery must be pre-mixed and in sealed containers with a secure cap or lid.
