It is time for the second annual Business of the Year awards hosted by Buy Black Chambana. Businesses have been nominated by community members, and now voting is open. The categories are: Best Startup, Community Engagement, and Customer Service. In addition to those three categories, this year, Buy Black Chambana added a new category: Community Allyship to recognize businesses and individuals who have helped support the work of Black and Brown businesses. Voting is open from now until December 7th, and the winners will be announced on December 15th.
Lots of great Black businesses are nominated for the awards including The Stuft Bird, 4th Quarter Nutrition, Neil St. Blues, Brittany’s Sweet Spot, Caribbean Grill, Wood N’ Hog BBQ, Sugga Shaii’s Sweets, Stango Cuisine, and more.
