The City of Urbana is working on their comprehensive plan, and they are in the “gathering information from the community” phase. You can do so through the website, or utilize their new text survey, which is available in English, Spanish, French, and Chinese.
You don’t have to be an Urbana resident to offer feedback. Many non-Urbanites (Urbanians?)… Many of us who do not live in Urbana interact with the city in various ways. That input is valuable too.
