James Quisenberry has defeated incumbent Jared Miller in the Democratic primary for Urbana’s Ward 7 city council race, per the Champaign County Clerk.
The race is uncontested in the general election, so Quisenberry will join the Urbana City Council barring any significant movement from a write-in candidate on April 6th.
