This Wednesday, March 5th, at 7 p.m., the Urbana Tree Commission will meet to discuss the legendary Sim Hackberry tree. The tree, which stood near High and Coler St. in Urbana, was taken down last week for safety reasons. The hackberry will be Urbana’s first legacy tree, according to the Facebook event.
