The Urbana Butcher Shop now has a regular menu (in addition to daily specials). Here it goes:

Half pound, grass fed beef burger, ground daily, topped with house made pancetta, Ropp Dairy’s cheddar, and our special sauce on a house made pretzel bun. $12
A sloppy joe made of grass fed beef, ground daily, browned and mixed with our house made Kansas City BBQ sauce, then topped with cheddar and pickled radish on a house made pretzel bun. $8
Smoked jaegerwurst, a house made German hunter’s sausage, that we grill, then top with pickled apples and carrots, parsley, and beer mustard all on a house made pretzel bun. $9
Fried pork loin that is buttermilk brined, breaded, and fried in pork fat, then served with lettuce, pickled red onions, and sauce gribiche on a house made pretzel bun. $10
The Urbana Butcher Shop is open Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Find it at 119 West Main Street, Urbana.
