U of I’s Creative Writing faculty will be hosting a reading by professor and author Michael Madonick on Wednesday, February 12th. Madonick, author of Walking the Deaf Dog, will be reading from his new poetry collection, Bulrushes. He has been previously published in New England Review, Black Warrior Review, and Mid-American Review, among others. The reading will be held at the Illini Union Bookstore’s Author’s Corner (second floor) and will begin at 4:30 p.m.
