The U of I Community Credit Union has just announced a community celebration of the new name and branding, Shred-A-Palooza. The party will happen on this Saturday, April 23rd, at their First Street location at 2201 S 1st St in Champaign.

Champaign, IL – U of I Community Credit Union (formerly known as University of Illinois Employees Credit Union) is launching a new brand identity and look.
Beginning on April 6, 2016, U of I Community Credit Union’s storefront signage will display its new name. In addition to the name change, the credit union is updating its look to reflect its commitment to serving both the local community and the university for which it is named.
“For nearly 85 years, U of I Community Credit Union has been committed to bringing the best possible rates, fewest fees, and highest level of service to as many people as possible,” said E.J. Donaghey, CEO. “Our updated brand reflects who we serve today and how proud we are to be part of this community.”
U of I Community Credit Union welcomes the entire community to celebrate their new community look and feel at Shred-A-Palooza on Saturday, April 23rd from 10am to 2pm at the First Street Branch.
