The first of a series of plant swapping events is happening at the Urbana Free Library on February 23rd from 2 to 4 p.m. This one will be focused on house plants.
From the event page:
“Bring well-established or starts/cuttings of your favorite indoor plants — tropicals, cacti, other succulents, air plants, and more! No plants to swap? Bring clean planters, soil, watering cans, plant hangers, or other plant accessories to swap.”
No money needed, this is only for trading. Future events will feature seeds, bulbs, and divided garden plants.
