Where do you get your favorite hummus in town? I picked up this hummus ($3.99 for the medium size) from Shawarma Joint last week, and they assembled it to order. The staff filled the container with hummus, then dropped some chickpeas on top, dusted two different seasonings and some herbs, and then drizzled olive oil all over. The hummus was thick, smooth, and pretty tasty. There was a lot of flavor for a little bowl of hummus.
