I just discovered this mini home skeleton in my neighborhood. According to the sign, the Restoration Urban Ministries folks are working on it in conjunction with some others in the community. However, it appears that on their website they anticipated this project to be completed by spring of 2013. The website also says they had planned to build more of these. I wonder what happened?
I love the mini home idea myself — a small space to live modestly while saving money. I’d like to see this followed through with and see what the Restoration folks can make of it for our community.
