Chef Raymond Timpone, in conjunction with Corkscrew Wines, will host a dinner featuring the Tuscan winery, Isola e Olena on November 14 at 6:30 p.m. for $85 per person. No menu is available yet for the pairing dinner, but according to the release from Corkscrew the food pairings will be “the freshest and most seasonally appropriate ingredients” and will be served in the Timpone’s private dining room.
