I’ve been in C-U for 20ish years and this is a new one for me! The ferris wheel is a part of the QuadFest celebration, which is part of a larger fundrasing launch at the university today, with numerous free events happening on campus throughout the day, culminating in the main event happening tonight at the State Farm Center.
