The Ribcage officially opens today, September 21st, in St. Joseph. The new restaurant’s menu includes fried cheese curds, smoked chicken wings, pulled pork, ribs, brisket, chicken sausage, turkey, and a double brisket burger.

There are five barbeque sauces on the menu: sweet, Texas, Alabama white, Carolina, and bourbon peach. The sides include macaroni, coleslaw, pit beans, hashbrown casserole, fries, potato salad, macaroni salad, cottage cheese, and apple sauce.
The Ribcage also has a kids’ menu, family packs, and a catering menu.
