The Red Herring in Urbana will be hosting a Vegan Chili Cook-off and Dessert Potluck in a few weeks time — Monday, October 19th from 6-9 p.m. Check out the poster below, which discusses some of the details of the event. Here are some details, for starters:
- Dessert potluck does not have to be vegan, we do ask people to label their dessert
- Chili cook off recipes must be vegan
- Prizes for the winner include Gift Cards to local businesses and the winner’s chili recipe being featured as the weekly special this fall in their name
