We need to hire a new General Manager of The I.D.E.A. Store! The I.D.E.A. Store is a special place and is near and dear to the community. We need a special person to watch over it, help it grow and make it even better! If you think you are the right person, we need to learn a little about you through the following process.

2. We will contact you if we want to get to know you better.
Sending us a resume won’t really help if you haven’t taken the quiz first and then been contacted by us requesting it. So don’t just send us the resume, or come by the store. Really, it won’t get you an interview.
So, what are we looking for? The first thing is if you can follow instructions and take the quiz. We want you to be energetic, creative, either artsy or believe in repurposing – or both. We definitely want you to have retail experience and to know how to work with staff, volunteers and our dear customers. You gotta love to work, too and be in good physical condition. This position requires passion – lots of it. You gotta believe. You gotta want to make magic happen like The I.D.E.A. Store.
