There will be a Community Safety Oasis Passport to Safety event from 10:00 a.m.–Noon on October 13, 2012 at the Champaign Public Library.
In honor of Fire Prevention Week, come enjoy free food, music and the Passport to Safety Adventures with Champaign Firefighters and fire trucks, C-U MTD buses, Champaign Police safety officers, Carle Hospital nurses, ambulances from across the cities, METCAD 9-1-1 dispatchers, American Red Cross, the Illinois Poison Center and so much more. All Community Risk Experts will be sharing family-friendly, hands-on safety tips and goodies.
