If you have an outstanding balance on a criminal, traffic, DUI, ordinance violation, or conservation violation, and would like the opportunity to pay it off without being subject to late fines or fees, this is your opportunity.
Email the Circuit Clerk with your email needs to include your name with middle initial, your address, your phone number, your email address, and if you know them, your case number or numbers. Then, you can either pay in person or online between May 9th and 20th. The clerk’s office will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., including over lunch hour. You’ll need your Amnesty Event quote or quotes and your current driver’s license or state identification card. Payments can be made by cash, cashier’s check, credit card or debit card. You can also pay online.
