Thad Morrow, former owner of bacaro (and Carmon’s), moved away to become the Wine Director for Blue Apron a few years back. He’s back in town here and there, but he’s returning to cook in the kitchen at MIGA with Chef Blake Biggs and “wine insitgator” Sam Vandegrift this Friday, October 20th (ahem, that’s tomorrow).
