The 43rd annual Taste of Champaign-Urbana is gearing up for another mouth-watering year and is currently accepting food vendor applications! Taking place June 21–23 at West Side Park, this event draws nearly 35,000 patrons from near and far each year and offers great exposure to participating food vendors. Not only can area businesses provide delicious samples from their menus to thousands of festival goers, but the Taste of Champaign-Urbana is a great marketing opportunity where vendors can distribute menus, flyers, and coupons from their booth space in order to gain new customers for life!
New Information for Applicants
With food trucks gaining in popularity, the Champaign Park District welcomes food truck businesses to apply. Restaurants and catering companies are also encouraged to submit their applications. First time vendors receive a special discount waiving the booth fee.
Application Procedure
Due to the ever increasing demand for space from potential food vendors and the feedback we’ve received from event patrons, a Food Committee will jury all applicants in order to select 25 food vendors to participate in the Taste of Champaign-Urbana 2013.
