In preparation for an America Recycles Day project, Anita Purves Nature Center is collecting bubble mailers (they must be paper or poly mailers). You can drop them off at the center at 1505 N Broadway now through October 17th. They are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
If you’d like to participate in an upcycled craft project with the mailers, then mark your calendar for America Recycles Day, November 5th. It will be happening from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. that morning.
