Stop in at Urbana Museum of Photography sometime

While not a terribly exciting spot on its face, I stumbled into the Urbana Museum of Photography over the weekend. I’d never been there, and didn’t even realize it was located directly next to (well, above) Courier Cafe on Race Street. 113 N. Race Street, Suite B to be exact.

Lyosha Svinarski is the proprieter of the space, and he was kind enough to let us mull about as he was getting ready for an exhibition. The museum was founded in 2012, and it emphaizes the use of photography in the analog form. Film, mostly.
