In a bit of good news, The Chicago Tribune has stopped its heartwarming witch hunt re: the $400,000 “scandal” it invented about the University of Illinois.
Instead, the Trib is now happily reporting the $40,000,000 unsought, unexpected, and let’s be frank unfuckingbelievable political windfall got by a loyal Pat Quinn ally.
