We first posted about Stango Cuisine a little while ago. The restaurant will open with normal hours today, April 17th. Located in the food court of Lincoln Square Mall in Urbana, Stango Cuisine offers barbecue, sandwiches, beef stew, curry chicken, and ox-tail stew (menu is here). The restaurant also offers a 75oz steak challenge. It sounds intense.
