This summer, artist Rafael Blanco covered the side of 804 Illinois Street with his work. Now, another Smile Student Living property has become a canvas for a giant mural. This one at 608 E White Street, just adjacent to the Engineering campus, was created by muralist Brett Whitacre, of Rockford.
