Our Music section covers a wide variety of genres and areas of local music, and we’re hoping to add some more writers to the section. We know you have thoughts about the Champaign-Urbana music community, so here’s your opportunity to do so.
Please send us an email at music@smilepolitely.com telling us about yourself, why you’re interested in contributing, and anything else related to your music interests. Since we’re a hyper local magazine, writers should have some grasp on local music scene, its venues and artists, and more. We do cover touring artists heading through C-U, so if you’re interested in talking about those things, that’s part of our coverage scope as well.
