After closing last year in October, Rosati’s Pizza in Urbana will reopen with new owners in June. It will be nice to have Chicago thin crust pizza, deep dish pizza, pasta, wings, salads, and sandwiches in the Gregory Place area again.
The new owners Rakesh and Neha Patel have a motto of “Feed the People,” and there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, May 27th at 11 a.m. to celebrate the reopening.
The pizza place’s website still says temporarily closed, so keep an eye on their Facebook page for updates for when the exact opening day will be.
