Registration is now open for the Champaign County Spring Residential Electronics Collection. The event is on May 21st at Parkland College (use the Duncan Road entrance). You will book a 15 minute slot online, then will be sent a ticket 10 days prior to the collection.
Anyone who lives in Bondville, Broadlands, Champaign, Fisher, Gifford, Homer, Ivesdale, Longview, Ludlow, Mahomet, Ogden, Pesotum, Rantoul, Royal, Sadorus, Savoy, Sidney, St. Joseph, Thomasboro, Tolono, Urbana, and Unincorporated Champaign County can participate.
While there are several year round options for recycling electronics, this is your best bet for recycling a television. Find the full list of acceptable and not acceptable items at the event website.
